Pear with Parma ham

This dish is really not about cooking. It’s much more about construction.
5 minutes to build this wonderful, sweet and savory appetizer. In a way it’s autumn version of melons with prosciutto, only better as the vinaigrette and pepper give this dish more flavors.
3 slices Parma ham
fresh ground pepper
Slice the pear into 3 thick slices.
Drill holes in the middle of each slice, especially in the middle one removing the core. I used apple corer but you can just use a knife.
Fold the ham and place in the hole.
Sprinkle some vinaigrette and ground pepper and serve!
