We’re at the sea, so my carving for fish and seafood is even more than usually. So we visited a local fishmonger and asked for a suggestion for what could we grill. And we came home with the ugliest fish they had :-). It turned out wonderful though, it’s meat so thick and moist one

It’s a leftover recipe that turned to be a wonderful starter on a hot day. I am pretty sure that next time I may skip the salad, and start by marinating the ingredients directly for the gaspacho!
That’s a simple dish that makes the most of fresh, crunchy onions, without giving you the onion breath!
It’s summer but I am in cookies’ mode. But because it’s summer then they need to be summery too! Those are great, creamy and lemony and sweet. A perfect tea-time treat, not only for the summer!
