A revisited approach to potato salad. Not only does it taste great, but it also looks wonderful!
You can serve it in small glasses as amuse-bouche, or in little bowls as starters. This also works great as a side with burgers.

3 potatoes, cooked and thinly chopped
1 apple, thinly chopped
1 small onion, thinly chopped
85g pickles, thinly chopped
5 stripes of bacon, fried and crushed
2 spoons of mayonnaise
Mix all the ingredients together, that’s all!
You can play with putting the salad in layers, to make it look better. In that case mix everything but the pickles and bacon and make one layer of the potato salad, then pickles, then potato salad again and bacon on top. Don’t be tempted to put chopped onion on top, it may look nice but imagine eating the salad, by starting with a spoon of onion! Not the best idea!
