Roasted pepper bites

It a simple amuse-bouche on a skewer, again with the baked peppers which I like so much.
As neithet of the ingredients has a significant taste, make sure to spice them up well before serving. Serve with a glass of cold white wine.
Roasted pepper (for step by step instructions on how to cook peppers look here)
Little mozzarella balls
Small pieces of cucumber
Salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar
Assemble all the ingredients together on toothpicks
