Trout with nutty crumble

This recipe is really quick and if only you have fresh fish and don’t overbake it, there is no way to mess it up!

4 trout filets

Ingredients for crumble:

  • Hazelnuts, chopped (a handful)
  • Hazelnut flour (or white flour) – 2 tbs
  • Bread crumbs (1 tbs)
  • Honey (1 tsp)
  • Olive oil (2 tbs)
  • Chopped herbs (menthe, persil etc) (2 tbs)

Mix all ingredients for crumble.

Place trout filets skin down on a pan covered with baking paper and spread the crumble on top

Bake 10-12 minutes at 180-200 °C
