An amuse-bouche that I invented during our Spanish holidays. The sweet peaches with the sour vinegar, really do not need much more… It’s surprisingly full of flavor, surprisingly good and obviously very easy to make!
2 tsps balsamico
2 tsps olive oil
fresh ground pepper
Cut the peach into cubes, without any skin.
Using a spoon place a drop of olive oil and then a drop of balsamico
Sprinkle some salt and pepper
Place small leaves of basil on the peaches (if you like)
