Chorizo and zucchini mini-frittatas

Ingredients
- 40g spicy chorizo, chopped
- half small zucchini, chopped finely
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbs milk
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 180°C
- Place the chorizo on a hot pan
- When it starts to melt, add the zucchini, and fry it for 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl whisk the eggs with milk.
- Add the content of the pan and stir a bit.
- Add salt, pepper or any other spices you like.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
