Mango-salmon-bites
You may have doubts about mango with salmon or you may say that this time Maya just went too far because it sounds so weird.
But not, salmon with mango works amazingly good. Somehow the tastes blend together into a surprising and refreshing bite.
Mmm, this is really a perfect summer apetiser!
Ingredients:
Mango, cut into cubes
Smoked salmon, cut into stripes
Lemon pepper (or just pepper)
Directions:
Fold a stripe of salmon and place on a piece of mango.
Make it hold together with a toothpick.
Repeat until you make as many as you think you need (they will all be gone very soon, no matter how many you make)
Sprinkle some (be generous) pepper on them.
Serve with cold white whine.
