Ricotta with goodies
I recently discovered the fresh ricotta. It actually has nothing to do with the boxed ricotta I was used to so far. So now I am crazy about fresh ricotta and try it in different ways. But really, best is just fresh, with only a few things on top. This recipe is totally a free-style one.
Take 2 tbs ricotta per person wanting a healthy breakfast or healthy teatime.
Sprinkle a total of +/- 2 tbs of goodies: nuts, almonds, poppy seeds, raisins, fresh fruit.
Top with a tea spoon of honey.
