Balsamic onion carpaccio

That’s a simple dish that makes the most of fresh, crunchy onions, without giving you the onion breath!
- Half a red onion
- 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
- Salt, fresh pepper
- Slice the onion as thin as you can. Place it on a plate
- Pour the vinegar on it. Add salt and pepper.
- Let it marinate 1-2 hours in the fridge (if you can).
- Serve with bread and olive oil as a starter or on top of any salad.
