Grilling (by Maya and Karl)

We like grilling on large skewers (or swords rather). Fish and veggies have similar cooking time (if you like your veggies crunchy), so it’s our favorite combination.
Ingredients
- Salmon, cut into cubes 2cm/2cm
- Zucchini, sliced
- Red bell peppers, cut into 2cm/2cm pieces
- Onions, cut into 2cm/2cm slices
- Asparagus
- Grilling spice, salt, pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Place all the veggies in a bowl, add some olive oil and grilling spice.
- Place the salmon in a bowl and spice with salt and pepper
- Place the veggies alternating with salmon on skewers or swords.
- Stick the asparagus with a wooden skewer: place 3-5 pieces of asparagus next to each other, then stick the skewer through all of them. Repeat twice for each bunch.
- Brush some olive oil on it and add spices.
- Grill it and enjoy with cold white whine!
